Welcome to the fun and joy of our Bumpity Bump Physio Splash classes!
The 1st session is 30 minutes of hydrotherapy when your baby will often go to sleep after their hard workout!
The final session is 30 minutes of exercise in the pool. The focus is on improving your fitness, posture and abdominal and pelvic floor strength no matter where you are in your postnatal recovery.
Dads, grandparents, aunties and uncles are all very welcome to come along and participate!
If your preferred class is not visible it may be FULL so please contact us and we can check availability for you.
Rebates are available from your private health fund.

All Classes are held at Water Ponyz Swim School (note recommencing the week of the 15th of Jan 2024)

Simply select your physio, then select the date you would like to attend and book in. If your preferred class is not visible it may be FULL so please contact us and we can check availability for you.
Please also check our online bookings regularly in case a class placement becomes available from a cancellation.
Medical
Bumpity Bump Physio is proactive about making sure our classes are suited to your postnatal level of fitness and recovery. We strongly recommend all of our mums to book an Postnatal INITIAL Appointment (60mins) at Bumpity Bump Physio where we will do a full Continence & Pelvic Health Assessment to check your pelvic floor recovery, abdominal muscle separation and to make sure your body is ready for exercise. Any concerns that we have we can liaise directly with your medical or health team.
