As well as keeping you fit and healthy, exercising in pregnancy can help give you more energy, sleep better and may make your labour shorter and less painful! Sounds great but safety is also important. For this reason, Bumpity Bump Preggo Aqua is specially designed for pregnancy and each class includes an education session guided by the participants.
The water provides the perfect environment for you to exercise at your own level whilst giving your body a break from the weight of your “Bumpity Bump”. It is a terrific way to socialise and meet other “Bumpity Bumpers” and you are welcome to come along once you have reached 14 weeks of your pregnancy.
The pool is heated to 32 degrees allowing classes to run all year round.

You can now book your Bumpity Bump Pregnancy Aqua classes online via our book online page at group sessions, select "Pregnancy Aqua/Hydrotherapy class" then select the date you would like to attend and book in.
If your preferred class is not visible it may be FULL so please contact us and we can check availability for you.
Medical
Bumpity Bump Physio is proactive about making sure our classes are suited to your antenatal level of fitness. We do require all new patients to attend a screening assessment before commencement of classes and strongly recommend all of our mums to book a Pregnancy Pelvic Floor INITIAL Consultation at Bumpity Bump Physio where we will do a full Continence & Pelvic Health Assessment to check your pelvic floor muscle technique and to make sure your body is ready for exercise. Any concerns that we have we can liaise directly with your medical or health team.
