At Bumpity Bump Physio we know the importance of antenatal education in helping you and your partner or support person achieve a positive delivery experience.
We have designed these classes to cater for first time mums as well those mums who just need a refresher or maybe this time your delivery plans have changed.
You and your support person are welcome to join in on any of these dates that suit you best (when you are in your third trimester is a good time).

The "Physio 4 Labour" class will run from 9.15am -10.45am and will focus on the labour techniques of
The "Physio 4 Caesarean" class will run from 10.45am -12.15pm and will focus on:
The cost of the class is $60 per couple for one class or $120 per couple for both classes
Rebates from your private health funds may apply (Item 560)
If you are not sure how your baby will be delivered, I encourage you to stay for both classes or simply book in to what suits you best. So, come along, bring your partner or support person if you can, wear comfortable clothes and bring 2 pillows.
